Before You Arrive:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your appointment details.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete a short intake form (or complete your Client Details form by clicking the link in the email).
- Wear comfortable clothing, and bring any relevant medical documents or imaging (for physiotherapy appointments).
During Your Session:
- Your practitioner will take time to understand your concerns, health history, and goals.
- Treatment will be tailored to your needs—whether it’s hands-on therapy, movement education, or a combination of approaches.
- We’ll explain everything as we go, and you’re always welcome to ask questions.Â
After Your Appointment:
- You’ll receive personalised care recommendations and, if needed, exercises or lifestyle advice to support your recovery and wellbeing.
- Follow-up sessions may be suggested, but there’s never pressure.
- We’ll check in with you after your visit to ensure you’re feeling supported.
