We begin with a 1-on-1 assessment to review your posture and movement. From there, we design a program just for you.

1-on-1 Sessions – Fully personalized based on your goals.

Small Group Classes (Max 3) – Receive individual attention in a supportive setting.

Mat & Reformer Work – Combine strength, control, and flexibility exercises.

Gradual Progression – Build strength safely over time.

You might do the same or different exercises as others in your group, depending on your goals and limitations. By keeping the classes small it ensures Laura is able to work on your exercise goals and keep you on track.

Group Class: $75 per person

Note: Class packs expire in 6 months. 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Missed or late cancellations incur a 50% fee.
